Yes! If you hope to just join for the festivities on New Year's Eve, you are welcome to do so.
Of course! But as the cottages required a two-night minimum, the costs will not change regardless of how long you stay. If you're only hoping to stay one night, consider it an opportunity to sleep in and have an extra late checkout. It's a little too tricky to calculate various lengths of stays per guest and we understand this might be a limitation for some.
After we receive all of our RSVPs, we'll mix and match the reservations to match preferences as best as we can. Then on December 12th, we'll send you and your crew a confirmation e-mail that includes where you'll be staying and who you will be staying with.
This year, 2-4 people will be assigned to create a single meal throughout our stay. In the spreadsheet on the "Meal Sign-Up" section of the website, please sign-up for one meal with another person or couple. Once you have signed up, please coordinate with your fellow meal planners to share what you'll be making. Depending on the number of guests joining us, we may reach out to guests to see if they could assist with one more meal, but no one will be making more than 2 meals throughout the gathering.
We anticipate approximately 12-15 people attending, but will update the headcount in the confirmation e-mail. Please bring your own beverages to enjoy. As breakfast is enjoyed at various hours of morning, this meal will be on your own.
Yes! Thanks for asking! Do not bring anything that contains walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts. Please only bring items that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and some vegetarian options (eggs are okay). We appreciate your making a meal that everyone can enjoy. Feeling stumped on what to make? We have created a simple resource for our favorite gluten-free and dairy-free alternatives. Minimalist baker has thousands of allergen-friendly recipes. The link directs you to all of their recipes with the appropriate filters.
The cottages do allow dogs (no cats unfortunately), and we are open to discussing how we may be able to accommodate your furry BFF. We are limited in the number of dogs that can stay per cottage. The additional cost associated is $50 per dog. Please contact us prior to your RSVP if you plan to bring a pup. Thank you for understanding!
If you have an Emotional Support Animal or Service Animal, let's chat!
Ah, good question. You can earn extra raffle tickets by:
RSVPing on or before November 28
Texting Charlie or Aubrie "It's already been a decade of parties? Sheesh. Let's Party!" anytime before December 29
Finding the additional instructions in your confirmation e-mail on December 12th
Give a little, get a little: contribute a prize to the annual raffle in exchange for 10 raffle tickets per household. Please do not have the value of the prize be greater than $25. Please let Aubrie know by December 16 what you anticipate your prize may be. You can be as creative or as simple as you'd like: gift cards, games, food, themed gifts like "Cozy Night In" or "2025 Survival Kit."
New this year: Compete in the Coastal Clay Creation Competition! (see Schedule tab for details). Guests can bring any clay-related tools or supplies they wish to give them a competitive edge. Supplies will be provided, but dust off those spare craft supplies in that random closet!
